The colors of true self
Being an artist often times means being hyper aware of how we feel. Our expression (art output) is tied so heavily with our heart, mind, and body.
When creating this piece it was with the idea that no matter how inherently good or bad these parts of us/ these feelings we have are, they are part of our beautiful inner colors. We are not simply one shade of color, we do not live by one ideal, or one dream. We are vast colorful spectrums.
Despite my personal interpretation of this piece being that of an artist. Artists aren’t the only people who live with such a spectrum of beautiful color. We all do, each one of us shines with beautiful color, an ever changing wave of inner self that makes up part of who we are.
This piece is self love, just as much as it’s a love letter to all who may need to hear that you are beautiful and your true self is colorful and bright
