Calyx Harmony Hampton better known as the NXT Superstar Sol Ruca! Calyx is a former gymnast who competed in gymnastics. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon, where she obtained a degree in Human Physiology.ย
She is the daughter of Paul A Hampton; a musician who specialized in reggae music.ย A hippie by heart, Calyx enjoys surfing and being outdoors. So much so that she lives right next to the beach!ย
She's easygoing and goes with the flow. A known animal lover, Calyx has a few cats and a dog.ย She enjoys singing, dancing, gymnastics, and just enjoying life. She never takes things too seriously, unless it's her relationships, then she's serious and faithful.ย
