𝚍𝚎𝚙𝚞𝚝𝚢 𝚌𝚕𝚊𝚛𝚔𝚎

                      it’s a serenity that encompasses them right now, and he melts inside of it, he leans forward to take her heat, to share his own with her. To work with her and love her as she loves him. Feeling the fingers in his hair he looks up at her and leans in to press a small kiss to her lips before letting out a low noise at the lazy tug.

                                “And you are my favorite and my partner, and I love you.”

                         light flickers over her face, leaving her to seem to GLOW from within as the smile curves over dainty lips. a  h e a r t  flutter, and she brushes those lips over the tip of his nose, brushing them down to the CURVE of his lips. this is something she wants to TREASURE, something she wants to have always, and knowing that they’re taking  s t e p s  to that, that jordan’s now moving in with her, leaves her feeling FIT to burst. a grin, and she’s scratching ONCE more at his scalp before pulling back and taking his HAND. 

                      Jordan’s version of wild youth was sneaking out once or twice, but that had all come to a screeching halt pretty early on, getting his life in order and growing up by the time he was eighteen. Perhaps that was simply his personality but he had a feeling his upbringing and choice of military career had a hand in it at least a little bit. Either way the ring on her finger, the baby boy sleeping in his crib right now? His pride and joy and his w o r l d. Kissing her gently and then laughing a bit and then he takes her hips and gives her a small swing and then arches a brow.

              “Is that a hint? Should I get a paper bag for my head? Have Tristan draw a face on it?”

                    light laughter falls easily from PARTED lips as the lark leans into the arms of her hound. there’s a warmth to the moment and a  p e a c e          ;          the comfort of the HOME they have built together and the life that they share. deep within the house, their son sleeps on, sweet dreams crowding his head. it’s a small MIRACLE, that they have made him together, that THIS is her life now, that  t h i s  is what she gets to come home to now. a KISS pressed to his lips, and she grins up at him, pulling BACK to take his hand and lead him behind her towards the KITCHEN. 

                         Jordan has been raised by hunters, his life goal to hunt and now that he has a partner in it - and at work? He’s not so cautious. Recklessness does run in his blood just a little. He knows his partner isn’t useless, he hasn’t treated her as such for a while now but when there’s danger the desire to protect her does take precedence. He has an idea of what they’re up against, a common enemy but still dangerous.

                                “Not even in the slightest. You’ve got wolfsbane?”

                        not born a hunter, and yet she is QUICK to learn the skills of the trade, is QUICK to learn the skills she must in order to survive. keeping her place at his side, a GUN is cocked in hand and held at the ready. there is a chill in the air and a HEADY thrumming, the sense that what little peace they have managed to create will soon FADE to nothing. a nod and her JAW sets in  p r e p a r a t i o n  for what was coming at them. 

                      He was excited that he had been able to surprise her with a small              yet very important vacation for the two of them, and the surprises were              only just beginning for her because he had their entire vacation plotted,              at least to a point of doing romantic things. Either way he leans in to her              kiss as he laughs against them to give ass a small squeeze as she plays              with the hair at the nape of his neck.

                        “I’d pack touristy clothes, babe - we’re going to be sending time                       outside a lot this weekend I promise.” He smiles and then kisses                       her nose. “But if you don’t want to wear much we can do that too.”

                         a bright grin spreads over PINK lips, brightening her face and seeming to cast  s u n l i g h t  over the room as she watches him, eyes passing over his face with a LOVE STREWN glance. he is her world and she the SUN which casts her light about him in the  h o p e s  of warming icy shores and ILLUMINATING the darkest nights. her hands brush his HAR and move down, fingers trailing over his neck, palms  s l i d i n g  over his shoulders as she beams up at him, each word from his lips leaving  e x c i t e m e n t  to grow. 

                        He does not mean to be destructive, he hadn’t even realized that he had heated his paws to the point of BURNING things when he stepped. He hadn’t meant to cause her problems and he had carefully selected things that weren’t so important as far as he was aware, they didn’t LOOK important, just random papers. None were, of course, that important thankfully no bills nor documents for anything.

                         In the bathroom he sits and begins to howl, his loneliness and forgiveness in his howl at least in his mind. When the door opens he instantly hops up and presses against her and licks at her hand in apology. Trotting carefully past her he attempts to pick up some of the torn papers and trot them to the garbage to help clean up for her, nudging a couch cushion back into its normal place before looking at her.

                         frustration flickers across SUN KISSED features, twisting the  c o r n e r s  of red lips down in the barest hint of a SCOWL. she is not angry with the dog, not in TRUTH. after all, she is the one who  h i t  him with her car. but there is exasperation to a HARD day at work, to being burdened by the UNSOLVABLE nature of beacon hills crime, only to return home and find  d i s t r u c t i o n ,  no matter how small, had followed her even HERE. 

                         a hand drags through RAVEN locks, nimble fingers working  e a s i l y  through the strands as they fall loose around her shoulders, massaging a SCALP sore from too tight a braid to hold them CONFINED through the day. eyes CATCH idly on the hound, on the way he seems to have  u n d e r s t o o d  her words, the way he seems to be trying to make amends. so STRANGE to her, for a dog’s actions, but it  t u g s  at her heart strings and leaves her to move forward and slide to the floor, hand COMING up to scratch behind the dog’s ear. 

                         he doesn’t like the judgement anyway it comes out but he smiles a bit before licking her again and watching as she curls into the arm of the couch. It isn’t easy to emote as much as he does as a wolf but it’s getting easier and easier when he shifts into this form and he watches her before flopping down into her lap and resting his head lap, tail still thumping and shifting to roll over.

                     He really doesn’t feel like he should be having to verify his age because if it was just a few months ago that they had hooked up…Either way he arches a brow and then shrugs a little bit before taking her. Of course he wasn’t going to not answer her, but he just shrugs once more.

                      “Eighteen. Promise.”

      If Jordan is to sink his teeth in to something it will never be quick, it will always have a meaning, and Jordan can do nothing but care about this beautiful girl beneath him. Their future isn’t promised, but he wants to make this work more than he wants anything else. He would lose himself in her more than he already has if it were possible but he isn’t sure if it is. Wrapping his arms around her tighter he holds her close and kisses any bit of flesh he hasn’t, at this point it’s any that he can simply reach.

      Her panting and her arches make him work his body to fit even better with hers and he kisses her gently, cupping her face and hushing her whimpers with his own mouth. Catching each one and swallowing them but then pouring his entire being into this kiss, letting her know exactly what he feels for her. Fingers in his hair gets a small moan against her lips and it’s a little bit messy he’ll admit but he reaches over to free a hand and twine their fingers together once more.

                     “Valerie.”

      He breathes her name back in between kisses, running a hand down over her ass and then thigh, pausing to grope at certain moments. The position they’ve come to be in causes him to pause, to feel how he feels inside of her, before shifting for a better angle, peering into her eyes and then pecking her lips gently.

                           “I’m all yours. there’s nothing more to have.”

      Then he’s arching inside of her, grinding his hips slowly before pulling out and thrusting back in, moaning softly against her as he moves to pleasure her more.

                         climbing higher and HIGHER, he brings her body closer to the brink. as each moment passes, she finds she loses TRACK of logic and reason more and more, how can she HELP to hold onto such solid concepts when they have all been set alight and BURNED away in the heat of friction and the  f i r e  of flesh against flesh? instead, she is lost to him, is LOST to the ecstacy of TOUCH and the PLEASURE of taste, letting him  m o l d  and m o v e  her body until the only thing she can THINK of or KNOW is him. 

                         a gasp escapes her lips, one leg  t w i s t i n g  around his and hooking a foot at the inside of his knee to give her greater leverage as she ARCHES against him, as her hips roll with each  t h r u s t  and the very air she breathes is all that he exhales, is all that he  g i v e s .  waves of heat and of pleasure course through her as bodies move together perfectly. then her NAME is falling from his lips, and she swears she’s  n e v e r  heard a more beautiful sound. 

                                                  “ JORDAN... “ 

                         the name falls as a PRAYER from her lips as eyes slide shut, the  f i r e  within her growing bolder and HOTTER with each kiss of his lips to her  o v e r h e a t e d  skin. closer and closer she edges to the BRINK, to that moment when the tightening spring within her  s n a p s  and bursts in a DIZZYING display of pleasure and of HEAT. what had been loud moans and  w h i m p e r s  of encouragement turned to soundless gasps of need and of  p l e a s u r e ,  soundless exhales as her fingers DIG into his shoulder and she clutches him all the TIGHTER to her smaller form.
