Best Lead Performer, Drama Series is....Hudson Williams!
DP Idea/Prompt
Casper High started replacing "God" with "Phantom". It started because a teacher started screeching at them for "Taking the Lord's name in Vain" whenever they would say "Oh My God" or "Goddammit" or something similar, so instead they would say "Phantomdammit" or "Oh My Phantom". It kinda started as a joke, but as time went on it became second nature.
Heres the thing though: a lot of Spiritual Entities get their power through belief. By invoking Phantom's name in a way thats synonymous with a God's, Casper High inadvertently turned Phantom into a God/God like being.
So yeah, Danny is a God now, he low key hates it, and he blames Dash. Mostly out of spite.
reblog if you’re anti censorship and against harassing real people over fictional characters
let's think of some Bits in the Hollander-Rozanov household because every good relationship needs incomprehensible and insufferable Bits:
the random Russian nouns as pet names, obviously
turning to Anya to arbitrate who won the race/loads the dishwasher correctly/scored a sexier goal etc
Ilya. Ilyusha. Ilyushenka. Ilyushenkechka.
and who won Rookie of the Year????
"I have never said this in my life"
threatening to tell Yuna
"pass me the remote?" — "come and get it" — [wrestling]
butt slapping. at every opportunity.
"we will have to shoot you like lame horse" when one of them gets so much as a papercut
idioms translated literally into the wrong language
"this is not hall of fame behaviour"
"who should I bring as my plus one" and listing random people while the other pouts

WHY IS THIS SO GOOD?!
Fic prompt 69
Dpxdc
Do you all remember that episode of Danny Phantom where he finds out the “last male” purple gorilla is actually female and basically saves the entire species? (Yes, you do).
So. Consider this:
What if after that whole incident Danny realizes it wasn’t a one-off. It wasn’t just ghost empathy or a fluke. He actually understands animals. Like—full comprehension. Not vibes. Not guesswork. Actual body language processing.
At first he thinks it’s just ghost-adjacent nonsense. Some weird liminal side effect of being half-dead. But then he starts noticing patterns. Birds arguing about territory. Stray dogs giving eyewitness accounts. Rats with municipal-level gossip networks.
And once he severs ties with Amity Park (because let’s be honest, that town does not deserve him), he doesn’t go full broody hermit. He does something smarter.
Sam absolutely clocks the ethical implications immediately.
“Danny, this isn’t just a power. This is regulatory leverage.”
So with her pushing him (and probably handling the paperwork because you know he would not), he goes legit. Registers as a consultant. Animal behavioral analysis, ecological assessment, investigative audits. Zoos. Factory farms. Research facilities. Private estates.
Except he’s not analyzing behavior.
He’s taking testimony.
And suddenly exposés start dropping. Facilities shut down. Conditions improve overnight because word spreads fast in human spaces when a meta-human can walk into a building and say, very calmly:
“The tigers would like to discuss your ventilation system.”
He becomes a little famous. Not flashy Justice League famous. More like whispered-in-elite-circles famous. The kind of person corporations get nervous about.
Which is how he ends up in Gotham.
Cut to:
Danny standing in front of Wayne Manor after speaking to one of the Wayne pets.
He’s polite. Unbothered.
“Hi. So. Your bats asked me to visit.”
And somewhere deep in the Batcave, several hundred bats are absolutely losing their minds because FINALLY someone is listening.
Bruce is suspicious. Obviously.
Danny is just there like, “Sir, your microchiroptera community has notes. Mostly about the acoustics. Also one of them thinks you’re emotionally constipated.”
And honestly?
That’s how the Wayne family gets a consultant who doesn’t need hacking skills to uncover secrets.
He just asks the wildlife.
Damian opens a social media platform explaining medical stuff to people when he's in medical school. Thus ensue stupid questions.
"Does an autopsy hurt?"
Damian stares at the question for a moment, and then grins evilly. It's time to call in experts.
Damian: So. Yesterday I received a question asking if an autopsy was painful. I have never had one performed on me, so I cannot personally answer that question. Though I can say, I've had no patient complaints.
Damian: HOWEVER, to answer your question: I have called in a pair of experts.
Jason: I don't fucking know, I was unconscious?
Damian: Alright then, serves me right for considering Todd an expert in anything. Danny, does an autopsy hurt?
Danny(Having visible war flashbacks): Yes. Yes it does.
Still mad about how everyone treats Neal like he's a criminal and therefore a monster and a morally inferior human being who will always be less than
When he is actually one of the kindest, most generous people, who never steals for greed, who is more than happy to use his particular skills to help people he cares about and even people he barely knows, who abhors violence and guns, and who regularly puts himself at risk for the people he cares about. With his particular set of skills, courage, and drive, he could be running the world. He could be an evil fucking mastermind, with a criminal empire, except that he is unwilling to use violence or hurt truly vulnerable people and also he just doesn't want to. It's not in him. It's not who he is. He just wants to live his life.
Everybody be treating him like he's the worst criminal ever when he actively actually chooses not to be and if he did choose to be the worst criminal ever, well....you would deeply regret it. Like I don't think any of the characters realize how truly dangerous Neal could be if he wanted to be. Except he's never wanted to be.

Foolish
jack abbot x wife!reader
synopsis: jack abbot has had a shit day. luckily, his beautiful OBGYN wife is there to save his day.
contains: night crew!!, trinity santos being a menace, depictions of birth, jack being a simp, bad bitch reader, no use of y/n
note: first 'the Pitt' fanfic.
Being the lead OBGYN in PTMC emergency department was no easy feat.
You constantly handled STIs, infected IUDs and the occasional birth, but it was otherwise pretty calm.
They called you Bear, due to your calm yet assertive approach to distressed women. Not to mention it referred to ‘Mama Bear’, what almost all the interns and new residents called you at the insistence of Robby.
Overall, you truly loved your job. You got to spend time with women, babies, and your best friends.
Also, your husband worked in the Emergency Department, and you two always made it a show to flaunt your marriage in front of the residents.
shawn hatosy arm appreciation post

ok I know I'm late to the White Collar party but we all agree that neal and mozzie are queerplatonic life partners, yes?
I love Neal Caffrey so much.
He's a survivor. He grew up with almost nothing - no father, a mentally ill mother who couldn't take care of him. Being a nobody in witness protection, having to hide.
And he makes a life for himself with nothing but his wits. He runs off to New York, learns to pull cons and heists, to fend for himself. Starting with nothing, barely even a name, but becoming quite literally one of the best at what he does, no name, no college degree, just intelligence and nerves of steel that he uses to provide for himself (yes, illegally). Pulls some of the brazen and brilliant cons and heists ever. Gets caught (though he knew he was walking into a trap) and uses nothing but his wits to break out of prison. Again uses his intelligence and skill to get himself out of prison as a consultant for the FBI (and a 2 miles radius is a hell of a lot better than a prison cell). And then, no matter how hard it is, makes a life for himself, with people he calls family.
And one of his core beliefs? There's always another way. He won't resort to violence. He won't physically harm anyone. He also won't allow himself to be backed into a corner. There's always another way. Whatever he needs to accomplish - protecting himself, protecting Mozzie, protecting Peter - he will find a way.
And he doesn't care much about the law, but he also doesn't steal because of greed. It's not about the money. It's about the challenge of it. And he's happy to use those same wits and rise up to the challenge if it involves helping a friend or solving a case for the FBI. He doesn't care about the law, but he's not a bad person. He will always be there for his friends. He won't betray them. You can trust him with your life - but not to tell you the truth. You can trust him to save the life of an innocent - but you can't trust him not to break your heart. He'll go to prison to protect the person he loves - but also steal 2 million dollars without caring too much that it's wrong. He is his own moral universe.
And oh, the tragedy of him. Growing up in witness protection, having to be a nobody, not even allowed his own name. Forced into obscurity. And is it any wonder that he chooses forgery? The area of crime where the idea is to not be yourself? To imitate the greatness of another without leaving your own mark on the world? Or cons, where he takes on the personality of another, but is always hiding. He's a brilliant artist in his own right, and yet he never displays his painting, never shows them off, never tries to be a legitimate artist.
And yet he's so desperate to be seen. He wants to be seen. His heists get bolder, more brazen. He's trying to be noticed by Kate, yes, but perhaps also he wants to leave a mark, be remembered as the guy who broke into the Louvre or the Met or the Uffizi. The criminals you know about are the second-best; the best are those you've never heard of. Neal is okay being second-best as long as he's seen, he's appreciated.
And then Peter Burke spends three years chasing him. Knowing everything there is to know about him. He spends three years being seen. Being known. (To love someone is to known them). Who recognizes his m.o. And when Peter catches him, he almost doesn't seem angry, doesn't seem upset, because Peter gave him what he wanted most: to be seen, to have made a mark on the world.
And then, of course, the tragedy of the end of his story, that he has to disappear again into obscurity. Neal Caffrey has to die, and he has to be reborn as someone else - or perhaps stay in the shadows this time. He can never leave his mark on the world because he needs to protect those he cares about. "There's always another way" - other than death at the Panthers' hands or indentured servitude to the FBI - and he finds that other way, but oh, at what cost?
