     ⊰☣ ⊱—; Bertholdt took a glance upward to scan the horizon behind Eren. It seemed peaceful at the moment due to the walls protecting everyone in here. That peacefulness could just be ruined at any moment. Green eyes stared at the walls and his expression seemed to be a deadpan expression now. It took the male a moment before finally making eye contact with Eren. “I guess I have been doing okay, uhm… how about you?”

    ⊰♛ ⊱—; “Mmm I've been alright, I guess. I got literally kicked out of bed this morning thanks to that bastard Jean.", he said with a laugh, "But I'm not too bad." Eren turned his head slightly to stare at the enormous wall that hovered over them. "Hey... This is just a random thought, but... Do you think that... one day... these walls will be gone..."

"Wuah..! Ah, sorry, I scare easily…! Heh heh.." Good job, Souda..

    ⊰♛ ⊱—; “Ahaha. It's nice to meet you, Souda. My name's Eren Jaeger." He gave the other a small smile in return.

    ⊰♛ ⊱—; “Hmm... Not that I can think of at the moment. I guess I've just heard someone say it before.", he said with a chuckle.

     ⊰☣ ⊱—; Bertholdt cleared his throat as the nervousness was pointed out. It was very observant; but, it was also very obvious that the brunet was nervous. Some claimed that it was just a natural instinct for the towering male to seem that way. “W-Well, I guess it’s just natural for me to always seem s-so nervous,” he explained. “I’m p-perfectly fine though, but, uhm, thank you for the concern, Eren.” he muttered.

    ⊰♛ ⊱—; “Ah... Alright then. If you say so." Though it may be true, in the back of Eren's mind lay the lingering curiosity. "So how have you been doing lately?"

     ⊰☣ ⊱—; “O-Oh…Eren… How are you feeling today? I hope you’re feeling well,” he commented as he shifted his weight onto his opposite foot. It seemed as if he was avoiding eye contact with the other male at the moment. It was awkward without Reiner around. He never seemed to part with the blonde, but now seemed to be a time where he was without him.

    ⊰♛ ⊱—; “Oh, hey Bertholdt! I'm doing alright. How about yourself? You look a little nervous." Eren tilted his head to the side as he stared up at the taller soldier.
