MEET CUPROSKLODOWSKITE! ("CUPID") HYPO-FUSION BETWEEN LAPIS AND PERIDOT.

cuprosklodowskite is a very rare mineral, known for its strong radiation!!! i figured a radioactive stone would be fitting for lapis & peridot, considering the nature of their relationship (as well as peridot's job as a kindergartener, it felt appropriate for her to be a rarity.)
i took a lot of inspiration from drag queens, as well as gaia (the greek goddess) for her outfit and attitude. peridot and lapis' connection to the earth as their home (gaia) and to each other as well as their freedom of expression (drag queens/queerness) come together to form cupid's appearance. (also, her cape is inspired by a stingray! they're a stand-in for lapises wings.) additionally, her hair is meant to be a cornucopia, which is a symbol of abundance and plentiful harvests! it's hollow -- pumpkin likes to sleep in it x)
due to lapis & peridot's relationship with fusion, cupid doesn't come around very often, so she hasn't truly discovered who she is - typically just existing to serve a purpose.
she possesses the confidence and eccentricity of peridot, but the sobering and steady energy of lapis. she's also prone to mood-swings, given both of her counterparts' highly reactive natures. similar to all my other hypo-fusions that contain peridot, cupid will often speak to herself as if she isn't one singular entity because of how separate peridot's identity is from fusion.
her powers include both ferrokinesis, hydrokinesis, and transmogrification between the two! (ie turning water into metal & metal into water.) the material will return to its original form when the two of them unfuse. this can cause problems, so they tend to refrain from doing it.
