if you know me in any way whatsoever, you know how obsessed i’ve been with this film and everything about it over the last few months. after three watches in the theater and pushing through art school finals, i felt i deserved a little treat (which was to finally draw this piece i’ve been meaning to do since my first viewing). enjoy!

i do hate neil gaiman though, and my positive view of the work has definitely been tainted. as much as i love this work, i do agree with many people and feel like it hasn’t been the same since everything came out. it really disappoints me considering it’s also terry practchett’s work, as well as many talented artists and actors. i’m happy he wasn’t involved in the finale, and at least we’re getting some semblance of an end to this story. so with a bitter taste in my mouth, i think i’m ready to say goodbye to it.
