Losing my shit because I constantly feel scared to express anger. I feel like being angry will make me unlikeable. Then I go ahead and see how so many people in my life are so comfortable with this emotion. How I don't mind them expressing it, how it doesn't affect my perception of them cause its a very human thing to feel. And it's so unfair, I feel like I robbed myself of the opportunity to be angry openly cause I don't express it a lot and what if when I start doing so I get like struck with lighting or something.

I relate to this so much, but although it’s a bit embarrassing, I often caught myself feeling frustrated with people who are so comfortably expressing anger, thinking they were acting childish or being self centered. But now I realize that I’m the odd one for judging them out of my own subconscious envy…
