Content is king to not only drive engagement, raise your authority, add value to the end user, build connections with customers, suppliers, media, influencers and people. But you need a roll-out strategy or plan at the very least. Identify your audience, objectives, tactical execution activities, associated technologies to support monitoring and measurement and execute faithfully or run the risk of a #SocialMediaFail.Â
