it’s been a hot minute since any of you have heard from me and I do apologise for that. a lot of things have happened behind the scenes, both good and bad, but I do have some very good news to share!

if I take a certain combination of pain medication (as advised by my doctor dw), I am able to sit up comfortably for at least a few hours. and because of this, I have also re-found my love for gif making! privately, I’ve been working on a few small sets just to train myself on how to create again as it has been 6 months almost exactly since I’ve done anything properly creative.

for some happy game updates, in the time I’ve been gone, I reached day 500 of playing lads (524 when I’m posting this) and Zayne’s affinity is now at 199 (SO DAMNED CLOSE).

there’s some small messages under the cut, but for now, please do take the love my girl and Zayne send, because I’m hugging you all so tightly. here’s to some fun times ahead on snowvee! 🥹🩷

People pulling your gifs from there aren't trying to steal them and likely assume they were entered into the pool knowingly since it links back to your blog. If there isn't a button you can hit to keep them from entering the public pool, maybe gather your collections into a video format instead of as individual gifs?

hi there, anon. I’m definitely not speaking of that option — it’s honestly one of the better features as it automatically links back to me/the post it’s sourced from and it’s fantastic. it’s sometimes even given me a few jump scares seeing my own work in there! 😂

my post is directed at the people who:

long press/right click my gifs and then save them to their device (whether it be mobile or desktop)

repost them on their own post, have them as a header/icon and whatever else I’ve stated + more

and better yet (a bonus): take credit for making it when my watermark is literally. right. there.

as a lot of you may know, LADS 'sister' game announced yesterday its EOS. as a player of MLQC myself, I'm pretty devastated at the fact that we will lose all of our memories/dates/interactions etc once the 27th of March rolls around. I haven't been playing for a long time like others, but it still means and meant the world to me having another comfort space. 🥺

it's our angel @starmocha's MLQC archive blog where, once things are far more organised in her recordings etc, she will be maintaining it as a library for us to browse and remember our boys.

whereas I am going to be making you guessed it gifs of the animated cards/ENG & CN trailers and posting them over on @ameowsingli as a little passion project for myself. I am not rushing nor putting a timer on this project as I already have an overflowing plate, it's just a little psa.

and as upset as I am writing this post, I want to say remember that just because this happened to MLQC, doesn't mean that it will happen to LADS in the near future. we can't make those decisions and there is absolutely no use in catastrophising or panicking over it.
