︵ . 1 jill doesn’t mind whatever you want to call her, she’s alright being jill but she’s also alright being mama or dada. sometimes she’ll ask but for the most part she just goes with the flow.

︵ . 2 jill herself is surprisingly big on pet names. she can be a little reserved and no one would ever suspect she calls you ‘sweetheart’, ‘baby girl’ or ‘baby boy’, ‘angel’, all manner of sappy pet names.

︵ . 3 she loves to take naps with you. it’s something she genuinely misses when she’s not able to be there and she always picks up her phone when you need to be talked to sleep because you miss her. she’ll wrap you up in soft blankets and pile you onto couch or tucked into her bed and rest a little, it’s just warm and cozy and she always looks forward to it.

︵ . 4 loooooves a good ‘back in my day’ tangent and will take any opportunity to share her physical media collection with you. she’s always putting you onto real music, and real television, and real movies. she’s got records, cassettes, cds, vhs.

︵ . 5 she’s basically the baby mind reader when it comes to you … whenever you’re scribbling and others are tilting their head trying to figure out what you’re drawing she just knows somehow. she can always understand your typos when you’re small and texting her non stop. you write a note in scribbles that’s barely legible and leave it for chris and he nearly loses his mind before finally asking jill and she’s like ‘it’s literally just says hi uncle chris … your name is right there can you not read it??’
