Whatever you choose, prioritize brushing twice daily for two minutes, flossing regularly, and maintaining routine dental visits.

Electric toothbrushes may offer slight advantages due to automation, but proper technique with a manual brush can be equally effective.

Electric toothbrushes are more expensive upfront, but their features can improve brushing consistency and effectiveness. They may be worth the investment for those seeking extra guidance or who struggle with manual technique. Electric toothbrushes are often recommended for those with gum disease, braces, limited dexterity, or conditions like arthritis may find them more effective. Inteerestingly, kids can also brush without supervision while using an electric tooth brush giving you two extra minutes in your day!
