The easiest way to ease in is actually picking a creator you like - here is a list of faves (with their accents):

Julien Kahn (American - but does good accents)
There is a lot of MDom content (gentle to rough to pleasure doms and brat-taming) from the creators above but some of them are switchy or subby if youβre into that too.
