I think a good thing to do when it comes to age regression (especially when you experienced any type of childhood trauma) is to allow yourself to do things you weren’t allowed to do as a kid…

Obviously only if it’s safe to do so! But it can be really healing and helpful. Weren’t allowed to be loud or make a mess? When you regress make as much noise as you wanna and spread your toys out everywhere! I can’t really think of any other examples, but I’m sure you all get my point ^-^
