“Will you fucking hurry up,” Sam replied. “I’m cramping here.” 

Steve put his pad down in a huff. “Fine, I’ll just snap a picture and sketch from that.”

“Hey,” Sam said, startled by Steve’s shift in mood. “Baby, come ‘ere.” 

Steve didn’t move and Sam repeated himself, shifting on the couch so that Steve could sit next to him and fold his five foot nothing frame into Sam’s side. 

“Look at me,” Sam said. “Gimme those eyes I love so much.” 

Steve grumbled, but looked directly at Sam, who pulled him in for a long kiss.
