When 2025 came, I wasn't expecting an amazing year. I was maybe expecting a small break and then for life to slowly go back to being hell again. I was wrong. 2025 was the best year of my life. I think it definitely is affected by the fact that the years before were so ass, having a half-decent year felt amazing, but it still truly was amazing for me. I learnt and gained so much it was truly amazing.

This post isn't about me bragging about how amazing a year I had was. It had tough moments too. No year is perfect, but to me it's the closest I'm going to get. What I'm trying to say is that whenever I talk to someone who had an absolute shit, dogass 2025, I like to imagine that 2026 or a soon year will be the same. Maybe after two bad years, good will happen. It sounds dumb and stupid, but I want you to know that with bad years, there comes good years.

Be hopeful. A good year will come eventually. And if it isn't good, try to recognize a year that isn't half that bad when it shows up. You can easily turn it into a great year.

It's weird to think that after all the bad things that happened to me in 2024, I still feel nostalgic for it. It was a bad time, but I miss it. I miss 2025 too, of course. Maybe I'm just a nostalgic person.
