Lightheaded makes a muscular kind of twee pop, with shimmering, wafting, girl-group vocals floating above a surprisingly emphatic foundation of rock-oriented guitars and drums. The opening track of this third full-length, âSame Dropâ is feather-light but grounded, juxtaposing swoony, dreamy vocals with clarion runs of guitar and a trailing rattle of tambourine.
