when I was bigger no one batted an eyelid if I didn't eat for a whole day, worked out for two hours or refused to touch certain food. Now all of a sudden it's a problem. As if it wasn't a problem then. Obviously they're right to be worried but they should've been worried BEFORE aswell. This is why people need to take disorded eating seriously no matter what size you are. It's still just as bad and if I had received help in the start maybe I wouldn't be so deep in this shit now.
