Necromancer vs Malthael - Diablo 3 fan art by Sean Tay
“Part of www.deviantart.com/d3necromancer
I was commissioned by DeviantArt for Blizzard’s Diablo 3 - Week of the Necromancer program. Super glad for this opportunity and honored to be part of it. Had a pretty short deadline but I really enjoyed working on it.”

i honestly believe human beings are not meant to live like this. we are meant to live in loving communities and be around nature every day and grow our own food and create art and not work day and night until we die. this longing for another life is not human nature, it’s a symptom of modern society.

it's cat snail weather. (also yes i usually say cat loaf like a normal person, but she's so tiny that she looks like a snail.) https://www.instagram.com/p/BtRM_xclINu/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=jkd9munj0k5r
everybody on this site is missing a) compassion b) critical thinking skills and c) reading comprehension
my favorite thing about this post is all the comments saying “all of the above” as if i said “or” instead of “and”

High T3 and T4 AND high TSH?
After being diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I've been on levothyroxine for a few years but haven't been to an endocrinologist in a while. I've been going to a hematologist for some unrelated things and had my thyroid levels checked just because I hadn't in a while. I don't know my exact numbers (my mom talked to the office while I was still asleep), but my T3, T4, and TSH were all high.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I understand, high T3 and/or T4 is usually associated with hyperthyroidism, and high TSH is associated with hypothyroidism, yes? So... what does having both indicate? I've been extremely tired for months, and it just seems to be getting worse.
I'm seeing a doctor--not an endocrinologist, but he treats thyroid conditions and will refer me if needed--at the end of the month, but I'm interested in getting some input from those of you who probably know a lot more about this than I do.
