Codonanthe venosa seedlings - I sowed these in early October. They are doing well in a humidity dome under lights. The lighter-coloured veining is starting to show even on these baby leaves! There is not a lot of information about this plant on the internet - perhaps they are not common in cultivation. We’ll find out if there’s a reason for that in the months to come.

String of pearls (Senecio rowleyanus) developing buds at my southeast facing window. It’s so cute the way the flower stems curve up.

The Blc King of Taiwan blooming for the first time! It is the only large-flowered Cattleya I own, and a wonderful one. I had to move apartments while the spike was developing, so I crossed my fingers the buds wouldn’t blast.

Delicate white flowers just opening on the Cattlianthe White Bridal ‘Yuki’ (in June 2019). I’ve struggled to grow this orchid well, but it did manage to bloom for me this year. The flowers smelled absolutely divine! Like roses and citrus.

In June 2019 - the budding spike on my Rhynchorides Bangkok Sunset looked like a weird tentacle.

Begonia luxurians right after I brought it home a few weeks ago. I’ve heard this is not an easy one and I am crossing my fingers! It’s been growing so I consider that a good sign.
