Okay so I know it’s not that big of a discovery but since vegatable broth is so fricking low cal you can eat so much of it and it will still be around 50 kcal if you eat like 600 ml 🌼

I came home today and I had this feeling I was gonna binge. So I went to the kitchen and I heated up some vegetable broth, ate to big bowls of it and it was only 40 kcal and it left me so fucking full that I couldn’t eat anything else
