just broke my 56hr liquid fast with some belvita biscuits. tbh not that mad about finishing it there I'm proud of myself for going over 2 days :) and tbf I felt so awful this morning and was so close to passing out that ig it's fair. also I'm working today and it's manual labour so don't wanna be passing out when I'm leading a horse lol

accidently done a liquid fast yesterday so I just went with it and carried on today so like midnight tonight will be 48hrs and I don't even feel hungry woo! chuggin water and having energy drinks and low cal sports drinks :) can already feel my hip bones more it's so motivating

accidently done a 24hr liquid fast lol. all I had today were 2 redbulls and a Gatorade AND I worked 2 shifts, one at both of my jobs. so I'm hoping that means I've burnt alot today, gonna weigh myself and update when my parents go to bed. today was a win and I'm gonna hype myself up about it and try and continue just liquids bc I lost 1.5kg in a day so far so yay :) literally haven't even felt hungry all day either bc I'm so busy (pic is me) <3
