I wanted to wait until I hit this point to let people know what I’ve been doing. After years of gaining weight, losing a little and then gaining it all back I made my way all the way up to 365 pounds at my biggest(maybe even a few more after that weigh in) The middle of this summer I had the “click moment” and decided to change my life. I decided I wanted to lose the weight and be healthy, and I wanted to do it myself. This morning I weighed in at 298, not having seen the 200’s since middle school/early high school. I am now 67 pounds down and although I’m still far from where I want to be I’m a hell of a lot closer than I was.
