âButâŚs-sirâŚbehind youâŚ!â Behind the boss, a tall figure with glowing golden eyes stood with such a terrifying presence that one of the squad members actually fled from the scene as fast as he could but Angel was able to grab him by the neck and a simple squeeze was enough to break his neck.He turned to see the trio of guards, trying to protect the Boss but it was futile, Angel was so fast that by the time they were pointing their guns, they were already on the floor, dead with their skulls wide open from the powerful attacks they just received.
And so, it came to the point, Angel and Larry stood in front of each other, just like the first time they met. But instead of ending his pitiful life, Angel decided to turn back to normal, his were crimson red once again. He just cracked his neck before speaking up. âSo you tried to steal Isa once again?âHe said in a calm voice, looking at the moving bag just beside a guardâs corpse, he picked it up gently and stared back at Isaâs Father. âYou used those girls to capture her when she considered them her friends. Do you even consider the psychological damage you have done?â
Angel shook his head and began to walk away from the scene with the bag. âI let you live, because even though you are a bastard without heart, you still Isaâs Father. Consider yourself lucky.â He said before walking out and leaving the bastard behind.
Angel took a walk until he was far away from the hospital, stopping by a lake nearby his hiding spot, placing the bag gently on the ground and washed the blood out of his hands and face. The wounds he got from the prolonged fight in the hospital were already closed and healed. He took off his long coat and threw it away.
Once he was clean, he opened the bag to see a rather pitiful Isa, curled up and crying. âIsa, itâs me, Angel.â He sid in a soft voice, placing a hand over her cheek as gently as he could.
It unnerved Larry how calm and collected the creature that stood before him was. Â Despite his best efforts, he couldnât hide his trembling, white knuckled fear. Â He was a man of science, this should not be happening. Â This, any of this, none of it! Â Yet there it was, splayed out at his feet was a scene no human could ever comprehend. Â Not even he could understand the magnitude of this...thingâs power.
Stumbling back somewhat, Larry continued to stare as the demon creature coolly spoke. Â Of course, the physiological damage done to Isa was no consequence to him, the air of hidden anger that exuded Angel...that was a whole other story.
Unable to move, his eyes followed until Angel walked on passed him, where he would then fall to his knees, sweat dripping from his chin. Â The pain that wracked his body did not faze him, his adrenaline pumping would see to that.
Isa had for awhile blanked out. Â Her face was stoic, her eyes glazed over, her breathing eerily calm. Â She as that stage she reached whenever she endured something her psyche couldnât handle. Â She was conscious, but she was not aware of her surroundings. Â It was as though she were in another dimension. Â Her mind at least. Â But upon having the bag reopened, she eyes slowly drifted towards the beam of light seeping into an otherwise dark space devoid of any light. Â Spotting her savior, it still doesnât dawn on her that Angel had rescued her. Â Her ability to process information was just...gone.
âAn...-gel...?â she mumbles, life gradually returning to her eyes.
