"Well it's good to know you just told me somthing I already knew... Of course your an idiot." The brunet scoffs, folding burly arms over his chest. Part of him hopes Bones' stupidity would make him ignore the statement, if not, then at least he'd undersyand where they stood on the matter. "-An to think, I was tryin' to save myself too..."

He pauses and stares at him for a moment before it fully registers he’s being a dick. “What,” he wins finally, trying to ease the tension. “No one around worth you time, got shot?” He leans in, bumping their shoulders together.

"There are certainly people worth my time, apparently I'm not worth theirs." He bumps back, more of a shove really, but then, when had Sleeper ever been gentle with him? "Why? Got someone in mind, brat?" Brock grumbles, reaching out to ruffle the kid's hair.
