Black Jack Nendoroid finally came in!
I just wanted to show pics of my preorder of my Kuro'o Nendoroid! I love how they were able to capture his likeness! The only thing I wished they had done is darken his transplanted patch of skin just a little bit since I think it's a little bit too pale. Other than that, it pretty much looks really similar to the manga and 2000s anime art style. I'm wondering if we'll ever get Pinako too or any of the other characters from Black Jack!
The only things that are off with this Nendoroid for me was how the coat's sleeves popped off too easily. I also had the same issue with the briefcase since it's a bit difficult to secure it if you want your BJ Nendoroid to also wear the shoulder coat. And a minor nitpick for me (that you can't see unless you were to literally disassemble the head) is how both the inside of the hair pieces are not fully painted, the inside is white with some messy black stray paint.
I don't have much Black Jack merch in general since it's kinda hard to come by, but I got super excited when I saw the announcement from Good Smile that they were gonna do a Black Jack Nendoroid. So all I have so far is just this and his Qposket. And I'm pretty much content with that!
