Soā¦.after muchĀ ādebateā with my better half, I pulled the kids out of school and day care to treat everyone to a special trip. It was a secret up until we got there. Two hour drive and I swearā¦.Kinley and Callieās faces lit up when we rounded the corner and stumbled ontoā¦
Hogwarts. Its actually a new magic (science) center that just opened up. I could barely keep the two of them tamed, and by proxy, Korbin. Sariyah is like me in a lot of ways. She was over it when Korbin started to speed walk behind his mother and sister.Ā
Callie ran inside to the gift shop and came back with a Hufflepuff uniform. I must sayā¦This place is friggin amazing. Its screen accurate mostly and they have different classes and workshops tailored to what faction you choose. Even Sariyah was starting to enjoy it. While she took her younger siblings around, me and Kinley snuck away to the great hall. She was literally geeking out, screaming out spells left and right. When I finally got her attentionā¦
BAM! I dropped to one knee. I was nervous as hell. I did a solid knee and suddenly my stomach was in my ass.
āKinley Blackburnā¦..Would you do me the honor, my sweet Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff, of marrying this humble and dashing Slytherin?ā
At this pointā¦.I had to take a shit. A real bad one. There is nothing like a nervous shit. Maybe the flu shitsā¦but I digress. She stood there for what seemed like eternity and I could feel my stomach bubble more and more until I heard that familiar groan that told meā¦.I needed to find a toiler and fast.Ā
Onyx tears began to stain her cheeks. She was crying, nodding her head furiously at me.
āYesā¦.Yesā¦..YESā¦.Get up here before you shit yourself!ā
She could tell I was nervous or that groan echoed through the empty dining hall. The feeling went away and I slipped the ring on her finger, sealing a deal that was long overdue. We endured couples counseling. She taught me to lighten up and embrace this normal, fun life. I taught her to embrace her inner darkness and how to defend herself and our kids in case Im not there.Ā
Sariyah came back in time to take the picturesā¦when I noticed she had my walletā¦.and Callie had bags of stuff on her armsā¦.and Korbin was dragging his own bag. Wooooo-sah.
Side note: This lot kicked the ever living shit out of my laptop. I was going to do more pictures, but it literally took me a day and a half just to get these. I cant remember where I got it from, but this lot is huge and gorgeous.Ā
