Ok everyone! I have sorted out all the details for the posemaking class. Below is all the information for when it’s taking place, as well a “class outline”, and links to everything you might need! Hope to see you there!
When: Sunday, August 18th 2019. 10:00 am Pacific, 12:00 pm Central, 1:00 pm Eastern, and 7:00 pm for the Rome peeps.

1. Intro to blender: how to navigate, the shortcuts, everything.
2. Sims 4 studio: how to export rigs you’ll need/want.
3. How to pose. How to make faces look good. Common Mistakes I see.
4. Follow along workshop.
5. How to PROPERLY save poses. (There’s no timeline bs, there’s no deleting limbs bs. I need to know who is spreading around false info.)
6. How to put together a pose pack. Correct measurements for icons for the pack. How to get it in your game!
I can’t say how long it will all take, however I will be posting on tumblr for which point I am at. So if you were one of the people who said you already are good with blender, you can hold off until maybe part 3! Or hang around on the stream anyway lol.
A bit of vocabulary that I will use a lot during the stream.
Rig: The moveable sim that you bring into blender.
Joint: The specific points that you move around on the Rig.
Mesh: An object, like a bed or chair to pose the rig around.
Accessory: An object, usually handheld, that moves with the rig.
And if during the stream I throw out a term that is not included in this that you have no idea what I’m talking about ask me!
I don’t know how long the stream will last, and yes the stream will be uploaded in it’s entirety to youtube after. But I’ll be there to teach y’all how to make poses! I think that out of every “cc making” thing I’ve tried it’s the easiest (and the most fun for me). 💜💙
