She listens to his words, and deep down she knows he’s right. She just doesn’t want to think of her brother as a crazy murderer, even if that’s exactly what he is. “Does that mean you think he’s crazy? Like, something’s wrong in his brain?” Of course he is. Normal people aren’t killers. Normal people don’t ruin lives just for fun. Her brother wasn’t the plain and boring Kieran that she thought he was, he was a vicious and ruthless killer. instead of wishing he hadn’t done it, maybe she should be spending her time being thankful that he didn’t kill his own little sister. Brows furrow at his next words head shaking. “None of this was your fault.” She’s sure of it without hearing the whole story, perhaps something she should’ve known not to do after what happened with Kieran. “It doesn’t matter that you knew her, it’s not your fault.”
