never have many dreams and never can really remember them when i wake up. kinda just always been like that.

every night since getting out of the hospital like two weeks ago now ive had nightmares. 99% of the nightmares have been about the hospital stay :(

#1 of the nightmares was less intense but it was about a very awful ex of mine and i think i know what caused that nightmare #like actually fucking traumatized by that shit can’t stop thinking about it can’t stop having nightmares i get scared if anyone knocks #even when it’s just a delivery i’m expecting.#i’m struggling to cry now. crying is my main stress relief my main release :(#i’m afraid to even tell anyone how i’m feeling.#and i can’t like legally do anything to try to get some kind of justice because apparently it’s legal to remove someone from their home for #three days and traumatize them just cause their abusive family said you could.#why did no one listen to ME about how I felt and what was going on in MY mind

the issue with growing up in the 2000s and 2010s was like there was this really big push toward "accepting your weirdness" overall but they meant like idk wearing mismatched socks or something not being tangibly beyond the norm in any way shape or form

haven’t spoken to any one in my family in about two weeks now? so idk what is going on, but thankfully i wasn’t home.

apparently there’s no legal way to prevent my mom from calling in wellness checks like this, even potentially if i get a restraining order. was also told they’d have to do another wellness check to file a note requesting that they ignore her calls about me, which is fucking crazy like can we get the wellness check on her???? i’m not the one calling the police because my daughter won’t talk to me anymore????
