Forgot to post this last night lol!

He's a very cool character that often suffers from lack of spotlight, mainly because SEGA wants to forget 06 ever happened (who can blame them tho). I am eternally grateful that IDW has been fleshing out Silver's character (and Blaze's too because she's very underutilized) and has been doing more justice to him after a certain game in the franchise did him kinds dirty *cough* Forces *cough*. That being said I don't think IDW is fully enough to change his rep as of now, something he really needs.

Meet Chel the Chinchilla!

Former chief mechanic of the Resistance during the Eggman war period and owner of her own mechanic shop, Chel is a brilliant mind, being known for her extreme skill and quickness to address and fix issues regarding machines.

Chel is very extroverted and social, with an open heart to help anyone out, however she tends to take things at face value, often not getting double meaning statements. That does not mean she's naive though, in fact she has an almost precise judgement of character but still keeps an open mind. Often daydreaming when bored, Chel is very cheesy at heart (a bit romantic you can say), her normal attire may suggest she's a tomboy, but quite the contrary! Chel love scute stuff and wishes she could dress up fancy without oil stains ruining everything

Although fixing stuff is her work, her real passion is gardening, often repurposing old/useless parts as flowerpots. This also speaks volumes of Chel's responsible character, as she not only has a shop to run/manage and work, but she has a little brother she takes care of! Chel's sense of commitment is held hand in hand by the fact that she doesn't easily let go of grudges, double crossing her would be a huge mistake and she won't make you forget it. That being said she's not hellbent in revenge, it's just that she forgives but she doesn't forget.

Chel has a little brother (that is the total opposite of her in terms of attitude) to take care of, and she adores him, family (and friends) are everything to her, but sometimes she worries too much for him and can have what I describe as "helicopter part-ish tendencies" but never with bad intentions at heart, she just worries too much. Although she's not irrational, she can be too nosey and curious for her own good.

Maybe I will write about her relationship with the rest of the Sonic cast if I have the time! I'm so excited

(She also makes part of her own team of friends/coworkers called "Team Engine")

Chel lore will be updated as I go, maybe writing about her trivia or making comics. Hell, maybe I'll make a chart on how would she relate to other members of the sonic cast.

Girl remembers she has Tumblr and uses it to fule her Sonic the Hedgehog brainworm revival. Congrats Tumblr, you get to see why this account was created in the first place a long time ago.
