There was a moment of silence before the half-Lunarian started laughing. To be honest, he was actually amused from this. A small dusting of pink faintly starting to show on his cheeks. "I appreciate the compliment. I take it this is your first time seeing Baron, then?" Cecil chuckles warmly, smiling. Crystal blue eyes watches Alex for a moment before looking at Mare. "Miss Mare, your friend is very kind. You are fortunate to have him."
"Th-thank you, My Lord." Mare giggles a little, blushing a light rose. Oops, looks like she was starting to feel a little giddy. "It’s alright, Alex. No need to be embarrassed." Which she thought was honest. After all, she was blushing scarlet and stuttering like an idiot when she first met Cecil. Being very shy even. Poor Maira was having to help coax Mare into talking to the Paladin-King for that afternoon.
