How to claim a commission: 1. Donate $15 or more to Cedar Fund, Okanogan Community Action Council Wildfire Relief Fund, or the Greater Spokane Recovery Fund. (Links to the funds are on the submission form, the Trello, and in our Linktree).
2. Upload the receipt of your donation to us.Rank your top 3 preferred artists. All artists can be viewed here: https://trello.com/b/oe3hKS7F/2026-art-for-eastern-washington-artist-samples-availability  (if you don't list any artists, one will be randomly assigned. Commission slots are first-come, first-serve. If your preferred artists are all out of commission slots by the time you submit your form, an artist will be randomly assigned. This a charity event first and foremost!)
3. Your artist will be put in contact with you.Â
4. Your commission will be completed and delivered digitally to you virtually by a soft deadline of October 15th.
