I never thought I'd be making a post like this but here it goes. I think I might be bipolar :/ I don't mean to trigger anyone or ruin someone's scrolling by posting this but I genuinely need some advice; I'm not the kind of person that follows depressing blogs and feeds off of negativity (not bashing anyone who does). I'm really going through some shitty stuff and I want to get over it as soon as possible. I'm just asking anyone who has had some kind of experience with bipolar disorder and is willing to share to answer one simple question: when did you (or someone you know) realize you were bipolar? Which were the signs, the symptoms, the feelings? Anything helps really. Thanks for reading! Have a nice scrolling! 😊
