Honestly, Apollo/Kai started as improvisation.

I originally wanted to create Bill, his brother, as a huge, powerful gargoyle statue with a soft heart. But while drawing him, the character came out much slimmer and more elegant than I expected, so instead of forcing the idea, I turned that first version into Kai.

Later, I found inspiration in Greek statues, which helped explain why he looked less like a traditional gargoyle. That also gave me the idea of a transformation motif, and a human sculptor shaping his new body fit perfectly.

After that, I connected him with my existing lore, and Apollo slowly became his own character.

Apollo is my gargoyle OC inspired by Greek sculpture and (less) gargoyles. He comes alive at night, loves observing people, fine art, and acts like he has everything under control. He probably does. Annoying.

Pulled this little mushroom girl out of my drawer of forgotten drawings and decided to redraw her after 6 years?

She’s still just a sketch for now, but I wanted to share the progress before I start coloring her. It’s funny seeing what changed, what stayed the same, and what my past self apparently thought anatomy was supposed to do.

This is my first public furry/anthro artwork, so it was a fun little experiment and a step outside my usual comfort zone. I wanted the raised paw to be the main focus of the piece, while keeping the character playful and confident. So yeah, meet Mike! I guess the name suits him (or at least it was the first one that came to mind).

A 30-second timelapse of drawing Astarion! - Don’t worry, I won’t forget about his back.

This was originally supposed to be OC art of Soul, but while working on the pose I felt like someone else would fit it better… and apparently that someone was Astarion.

I finally completed both sides of this illustration and added more shading, lighting, and little details to bring it all together.

One half done, one half to go💜 Tommorrow I'll work on the other side and add more shading/lightning. So part 2 will coming soon!

I made the original sketch a few months ago and kept putting it off because I had no idea how I wanted to render it. I’m not really a fan of heavy line art, so I wanted to keep the soft feeling of the sketch while still bringing it to a finished piece. I finally challenged myself to finish her, and I’m really happy with how she turned out.

I especially love the little main character with the butterfly - they make the scene feel soft and magical.
