So I mentioned earlier that this is my first week of working full-time in a company. Currently, I’m in the orientation phase where I got to meet so many people from different department in a company. Today, I met with such a nice women who works in a customer service department and I asked her for career advices in general. She listed down so many helpful advices and then she mentioned about being confidence. But then she continue that confidence is something that you can learn as you gain more experience and as you older. She then mentioned “you will get bolder as you get older”. And I was just, well that’s a catchy phrase that I will always remember. I have been having an issue in the past about confidence but I figured out that I am not confidence because I’m afraid to disappoint someone, but to be more exact I am afraid of failure. I was afraid that I might not be able to do it, because if I say I could do it in the first place and then I ended up not doing it because I can’t, I will be very embarrassed. But you know, after talking with bunch of great people and reading the bible, I figured out that It’s totally fine to experience failure. You become someone that is stronger, more experience from having that failure in your life. I’m glad that I met these people and I really learn a lot from them.
