Hello! You've been to places and seen a few things over the course of your duty, haven't you? Surely you can dazzle us with some tales of those lofty, gilded shrines you've protected? All the cathedrals shining in your emperor's glory? After all, there's a reason your faith has wings, isn't there..?

Dear Thaszar the Invincible,
Allow me to regale you with a shrine world that existed before it had to be hit with an Exterminatus during my tenure. I hope this will suffice as a tale.
I had seen a shrine world known as Canute's Rest, which was in a system when the order was more common than not. It was one of those smaller, mostly "single biome" planets consisted of shallow inland seas and enormous salt flats. When they dried over millennia, I have read, they formed geometric formations. Since no human had never touched them, it was seen as a miracle from the Emperor. The first missionaries interpreted this as the world's natural scripture, said to be passages from the earliest surviving devotional texts. I know not the validity of these claims, but pilgrims came nonetheless.
Built on this world was a great city, Vethara. I had not personally been down there, for if I did, I wouldn't be here. I read that every building in that city faced inward towards a central flame that, according to its Ministorum, burned continuously for nine hundred and forty-two days without artificial fuel. This city was also the site of many a debate as to whether or not the salt scriptures and this eternal flame were the work of psykers or some elaborate mechanical trick. This city was also the home of a group of lectors specially trained to interpret the salt formations.
I was there to witness this world destroyed when the ship I had been on had to make a stop. On the surface, it was a beautiful world that looked akin to a cracked mirror when one looked at it from orbit. When I inquired as to what happened, it took weeks for me to learn that the planet was occupied by an entity aligned with Tzeentch. None of the people on the world knew that they were feeding this entity with their psychic resonance. This entity never manifested, because the Inquisitor that overlooked reports of this planet deemed it too large and unconventional to exorcise, since it was distributed across the world's crust.
Would you like to tell me about one of the sight's you have seen? Or will this be a one-way communication?
