“Yeah… I think Ann Marie knew him. She is the waitress at the end of the bar.” You look to the blond that the man points at, then back up at Sam standing in a suit beside you.

“The FBI thanks you for your cooperation sir.” You mumble, heart sinking. You had been searching for Dean for months, a way to bring him back. Then Sam had caught a demon case, a guy going missing from Ohio and turning up dead in Wisconsin. You had thought that Crowley had just confiscated Dean’s body. Then you had seen the security tape. Dean, well Dean’s body staring into the camera, eyes flashing black. That same day Sam had managed to call Crowley. A call saying that Dean was Dean, just a demon, a knight of hell. You didn’t want to believe him, but the more you interviewed people, the more your fear was becoming a reality.

Summary: Series- You and Sam are trying to save Dean from being a demon. But things have gotten a little harder than you thought, yourself and your insecurities being the biggest hurdle.

“What are we going to do Sam? We can’t just leave him in there forever, and we haven’t heard from Cas…” The ride back to Lebanon had been, well, painful. Mostly it was silence, but every once in awhile Dean had made a snide little comment. That paired with a few suggestive ones that he had hissed in your ear had you on edge. You hated it. He wasn’t like that. This wasn’t your Dean, and it was destroying you from the inside.

Summary: Based off the an anon request, “Cas x reader where he feels insecure and the reader convinces him that he’s not expendable and that he’s loved?”-Season 9, right after Dean kicks Cas out of the bunker.

“No…” You sigh over the phone, aspirated, “I told you that I don’t want to go out today Sam! I will see you guys after Dean recovers from tonight for the next case…Yeah, yeah, I think I found one in Jersey.”

There was a rap on the door, you groan, thinking that there was probably something wrong with the card you had given the guy in the office, “Hold on Sam, there is someone at the door…”

You open the door and your jaw hits the floor. It takes a moment for you to recover, “Um…Sam? I’m gonna have to call you back.”

“Ange!” You yell holding the last vamp at bay by her throat. She struggles, but she is nothing without her nest. You had lost your machete when she had jumped you from behind while you were finishing off the last asshole.

“Here!” You don’t have to look, just reach back and catch the machete that she tosses your way. You push back, creating enough space that you can swing, separating the fang’s head from her shoulders. It rolls across the wooden floor, echoing through the barn. You breath heavily for a few seconds before you grin and laugh, “What’s that Ange? Four for me and three for you?”
