Marriage Contract for Feminized Muslima Husbands
This contract establishes the rights and rules to be followed during the marriage of the persons involved.
Clause 1: Property Rights: The spouse will retain ownership to any property, assets or investments belonging to or acquired by the feminized husband during the marriage. The feminized husband waves all rights to own any money or item of monetary value which is acquired during the marriage. Any such item shall immediately be transferred to the spouse’s ownership. The spouse and feminized husband retain the right to keep ownership of any money or assets acquired prior to the marriage.
Clause 2: Medical Rights: The spouse has the sole right to make every medical decision for the feminized husband irrespective to any wishes of the feminized husband or doctors. Unless approved by the spouse, the feminized husband will not be allowed to undergo any medical treatment or surgery. The spouse also retains the right to force the feminized husband to undergo any treatment or surgery based on the spouse’s judgement or desire.
Clause 3: Sexual Rights: Sexual gratification of the feminized husband by himself will require a signed permission slip from the spouse unless directed by the spouse. The spouse may require sexual gratification from the feminized husband in any way, at any time or place and with anyone the spouse directs. The feminized husband is required to provide it.
Clause 4: Daily Life: The spouse has complete decision power over what the feminized husband is to wear and what tasks need to be performed during the day. The tasks may be modified by the spouse at any moment and the husband is still subject to the same conditions. The feminize husband may be placed into any movement restriction or bondage position anytime the spouse desires. This bondage activity may restrain, restrict or inhibit movement and speech. The spouse retains the privilege of using any device of pain or pleasure upon the feminized husband as the spouse desires. The spouse may allow other designated persons to enjoy the skills and activities of the feminized husband, irrespective of the feminized husbands wishes.
Clause 4: Daily Attire: The feminized husband will always be dressed as feminine as possible. Only the clothing choices approved by the spouse may be worn. The attire must conform to the female attire of the spouse’s culture and religious expectations. The feminized husband will always wear a feminine wedding ring on his ring finger of the left hand. The feminized husband shall always present himself as a woman and wife to any and all people that he encounters. He is to be known as a submissive, obedient Muslimah.
Clause 5: Safety: At any time, the feminized husband may speak a mutually agreed safe word. Upon speaking the safe word ALL current activity will cease. The spouse will determine why the safe word was spoken and correct or cease the situation. The safe word will always be mutually respected by the spouse, the feminized husband and all individuals involved. No retribution will ever be caused by using the safe word. The feminized husband will refrain from using the safe word unless unbearable pain or harm is experienced.
Clause 6: Contractual Breach: In the case that any clause in this contract is broken by the feminized husband, the spouse may implement any punishment the spouse desires. Should the marriage become dissolved, upon completion of the dissolution, this contract will be null and void.
