A good jock workout hard.

A good jock eats right.

A good jock obeys coach.

Reporting in, checking in, inspection.

I, and others, use the teams a lot but what do they look like, what do they mean.

First, there is no one way to do it, but I'm going to run thought a few examples just from this week.

First, text, messaging and stating that the jock completed his workout. this can also be with the details of the workout, or just saying what kind of workout it was.

Second, with photo, just like the messaging but with a photo, often either from the gym floor showing a flex or in the mirror showing off the muscles worked out.

These are the most common as they work even if the jock and coach aren't online at the same time.

Next we have phone calls, often only a couple of minutes, the jock reporting how he's doing, the workout but also how they are doing with other things we're tracking, like the titan stop working, how close we are to my trip to see my toy.

Then video calls. They take the most work and currently only have scheduled them with two right now. Now they do all the same the rest does but also I have my jock and my marine stand for inspection, my jock show me his growth as my marine reports what he is. My marine does a light forced workout, my jock is tranced and programed. we also talk and check in with my marine it's planning out other tasks expected for his duty shift, for my jock it's how he's working out, eating and other goals we have.

All work, all have their pros and cons but all are reporting in like the good owned man you are.

Weekly Challenge- Favorite Flex

We are in suns out guns out season so what is your favorite flex, both to see and do, is it flexing those arms and showing them off, both arms or maybe one as you kiss it, Flex that back or legs, make it clear you don't spik leg day. what's your favorite jock?
