It’s a very simple concept, but what if, and there’s many things that would need to go right here, if instead of The Radiance enacting revenge on the bugs of Hallownest by beginning the infection, she left the kingdom and instead went to Pharloom?

A kingdom with a sleeping sealed monarch, where the shining Citadel of Song’s holy chorus kept her at bay.

Now hear me out…what is The Radiance possessed Grand Mother Silk, and basically took control of the whole Citadel’s operation?

Basically she grows stronger from the worship of the singing bugs to essentially return to her prime!

There’s so many ways you could go about this too, maybe Radiance in GMS’ body (maybe her name would be Light Mother Silk) decides to go to war against Hallownest in a more conventional sense using Pharloom’s resources. Maybe she decides to chill out and be more peaceful.

I think its David form is a good hint as to how it fitted in Jackie, in case people are wondering if it really was controlling it.

It can compress itself down, so what I think it did was compress itself small enough to fit its body in Jackie’s torso, then fit its head on and then stretch its arms out to fit Jackie’s. Which means that Edwin really did go hard on making The Mimic fit in literally ANY costume. Crazy how it can stretch its arms that far.
