Information is easy to come across but the truth is like finding a needle in a pile of needles.

Hater’s are good at hating because that’sall they practice. 2-1 they have no actual talents. Only busy people who practice good habits are good at something therefore they don’t hate.

Body building is just a socially acceptable way to say you have an eating disorder, on top of that you are suffering mentally. I was one of them.

A life not lived is not worthy of examination.

Can’t trust advice from someone who wants something from you, they’re only going to tell you what you want to hear so they don’t mess up what they’re after.

People can only be influenced by others, it is ultimately up to them to change.

Friends have friends who have friends who have friends, just because you are missing does not mean you are missed.

Fear is a scam. Just do it and keep doing it.

Life without purpose brings abuse.

Many will look, but they will not see. Many will hear, but they will not listen. Many will say but, they will not do.

It is more important to know why you were born than to know the fact you were born.

If you want to be good at something, master the fundamentals first, do not look to anything that can influence you.

Assume that you can, then you will.
