My goals for the new years are simple. To get more funding for the facility, and to continue making progress with my wonderful reagents. Nothing would make me happier than seeing this year finish out with a skyrocket in percentiles.

Frank is already spread thin enough as he is. I don't see it necessary to increase trial appearances... Though if you're confident that it will improve your therapy progress... I suppose that I can accommodate.

I don't understand what it is with you reagents and squabbling. Some days, I feel like a mother when her children come in with a spat for me to resolve. There is no 'debt' for you to clear. If another reagent cannot deal with the consequences of their actions, then they shouldn't have enacted on them. A reagent so weak he pukes from a single punch? That's not someone I want in my program. If anything, it's #72480 who needs extra therapy.

Absolutely fantastic. I love to see a driven reagent. Compelled not by what I can give you, but by progress itself. Continue making strides in your therapy, and you will help us all.

I suppose it depends on the game. What do you have in mind? I don't see why good behavior can't be rewarded with recreation...

If a nurse told you that you're contagious, what are you doing outside of a quarantine room? I cannot have all of my reagents getting sick. You will be provided with an alternate form of therapy today after I speak to the nurse who oversaw your care.

You get the satisfaction of knowing you're getting better and doing well in therapy. If you want something more specific you can ask like everybody else.

If you believe you're trying your best, you probably are. My only advice to you, my dear reagent, is to push yourself a little harder. In no time... if I ask you to jump, I'm sure you'll have the right answer for me.

Little reagent. One of the things many before you have had to overcome is themselves. You are your own biggest challenge. But that doesn't mean it can't be overcome. To think you don't belong outside your cage is to put the lock on it yourself. I expect greater from my reagents. Nothing great ever comes from comfort. The docile animal lives in complacent ignorance, while the wild animal fights for it's life. It will learn and grow in order to survive. Where a housecat has it's cream in a silver dish, the feral cat will have the finch between it's teeth, a product of it's own hard work and learning. You will not ever be perfect. No one ever is. But no one is asking you to be. You just need to live and there is no mistake in that. People like you make the perfect weapon. I believe in you. We can all get better together.

Not quite. I want to see consistency. One B could be written off as a fluke. You're almost there, I'm sure you can feel my warm embrace. But you need to push yourself a little more.

On another note, I will not be instructing Gooseberry to be performing any differently. It's part of your therapy to overcome issues such as these. If you or your fellow reagents find themselves struggling with survival in a trial, then the therapy is working. Nearly is better than certainly. Keep pushing yourselves, keep working towards your goal. You're getting better and that's what I like to see.

An F. I thought for sure, you'd at least say C. Barely scraping by. But to ask me so boldly for something with an F? You deserve nothing from me. Because you have learned nothing from me.

Maybe this will get repetitive to you all eventually. Hopefully, in the future you all will learn. Or maybe... we might have to adjust some of the learned behaviors around here. Regardless... I'm rambling. You can have what you want when you earn it. When you show progress. Think of it as a report card. When you have a passable grade, Daddy will reward you.
