Jack and Hamish, the two-headed rabbit was beside her feet; their red eyes glared at the other. Her wand was held high towards him - made from a loose tree branch, crooked and out of shape, but had a lot of life left in it. A warm light glow gently on the head - ready to unleash its power. Siobhan did not want to hurt him, she never wish to cause harm to strangers. However, he had initiated violence - giving her no other choice but to defend herself.
Siobhan would take a small step forward, green hues stared directly into his whilst carrying a serious expression. "I -" Her sentence was cut when he would speak. And that serious ezpression vanished; morphed into a grin and then she giggled...then she would laugh. It sounded weak, but it was a genuine laughter. What he had said was funny, not intentional, but it was hilarious to her.
It has been a long time since Siobhan laughed, and has been so long since she experienced a bit of humour. There have been so much seriousness surrounding her - she needed a laugh.
"F-Forgive me!" She would say through a laugh, finger swipe the tears away. "Wh...Wh...What you s...s...said was funny. Very funny." She added, some burning pain formed in her throat, but she did not care - she needed that laugh.
"Now, uh...wh...what had o...o...c...c..." The words struggle to come out, tongue did a twitch between her teeth - desperately trying to feel the words against it. She close her eyes and held out a finger - one moment.
She gave her wand over to the rabbit - Hamish gladly took it in his mouth. Her hand searched through her bag, sighing in defeat. It's not in there, she thought, snapping her fingers - a small glass vile filled with prismatic blue liquid appeared, floating above her. She would take it, and take a quick swig. Despite its attractiveness, it was a flavourless medicinal liquid - enough strength to ease the pain in her vocal cords within a few minutes.
"....There," She would say, her voice still very weak, but at least the pain had gone away. She would toss the vile back inside her bag, looking over to Arthur with a smile. "Wh-What w...w...were we d...d...discussing? I forget."
