i'm doing a great job at observing my day instead of forming opinions about my day today

work is giving me a legit bore out + if i quit before like, october/november (which is the plan bc i want to find a new jobbb), i only have enough vacation hours to take about two weeks off which sucks as well lol

i am not enjoying how much dating exposes things i get unreasonably upset about such as Someone goes to a party and has a lot of fun without me

does anyone else here sometimes struggle with disproportionally intense emotional reactions (that feel unbearable at times) wrt things like dating and other interpersonal relationships and how do u deal with it.... i havent figured out yet if i should look at it from an ocd pov (because i can obsessively ruminate/fixate on people who bring me joy), an adhd/rejection sensitivity pov or if its just me generally being sensitive and feeling insecure socially + feeling overwhelmed by other major life aspects right now but jeeezzz i've been going through it emotionally recently and i don't really know what's happening to me and i would like for it to not affect my relationship lol
