Witaj w Nowym Meksyku – krainie słońca i mrocznych sekretów. Za fasadą zwyczajności kwitnie tu nielegalny biznes i skorumpowana władza. W tle, tajemniczy Klub Ogrodnika wzbudza niepokój, a tradycyjna dieta ustępuje miejsca mięsnym trendom. W tym świecie deficytowej lojalności, stare porządki upadają. Niegdyś spokojne sąsiedztwa stają się areną ukrytych wrogości. Czy więzy rodzinne przetrwają w obliczu żądzy władzy członków Klubu Ogrodnika? Czy uczciwość ma tu jeszcze wartość?

Hejka! Jako (psycho)fanka uniwersum Breaking Bad i Better Call Saul stworzyłam nowe otoczenie [TS2] do pobrania: Nowy Meksyk.

Otoczenie powstało na Ultimate Collection, nie zawiera żadnego CC oprócz preordera i obiektów ze Store (dodatkowy link do pobrania w zipie z otoczeniem i bonusową zawartością ✨ (gazeta rozszerzająca historię otoczenia). Zachęcam do przejrzenia opcjonalnych modów, które urzeczywistniają rozgrywkę i pozwalają wgłębić się w lore). Parcele w większości zbudowałam sama, dbając szczegóły, aby oddać klimat Albuquerque.

Wszystkie szczegóły dotyczące parcel, ewentualnych creditsów dla tych lokacji, które nie są mojego autorstwa, znajdziecie w pliku do pobrania z otoczeniem.

Dołożyłam wszelkich starań, byście poczuli się jak w Albuquerque, spotykając rodziny o znajomo brzmiących nazwiskach i przeżywając ich skomplikowane historie. Niektórzy mieszkańcy i townies są z "różnych bajek", jednak mam nadzieję, że również w nich odgadniecie znajome twarze i poprowadzicie ich historie.

Mam nadzieję, że spodoba Wam się ta podróż do Nowego Meksyku. Życzę miłej zabawy i bardzo proszę o wyrozumiałość, ponieważ to moje pierwsze od podstaw zbudowane otoczenie. ❤️

Default and Non-Default Skin Definitions for Sims2

Since 2019, I've been working on an ambitious project to create realistic skins for Sims characters. The quest for the optimal texture for faces and bodies that don't look creepy has been an ongoing challenge. At first, I didn't notice the flaws until I took a break from playing for a while and when I returned to the game, I could see them with a fresh perspective. Since then, I've been refining and perfecting the skins.

Additionally, different lip options for all ages have been added to the makeup section, allowing for greater customization of Sims' faces.

HappycornersSunday This refers to a type of makeup that is applied to the corners of Sims' eyes to give them more depth and dimension.

SkinLip_Definition These are various shades of skin tones for Sims' lips that I've been accumulating throughout this project. Perhaps in the future, I'll be able to add even more tones.

Update 1.2 I've updated and re-uploaded the downloads, so you'll need to download them again. I've added the missing baby skins that were incomplete before. I also updated the newborn face textures, so they look better now.

I forgot to fix the child face textures for skin tone 4.1 only. Now the children in that skin tone have the appropriate teeth for their age.

What have we got?

Cowplant skins! The black and white boy's skin(His name is Chucky) comes as custom AND default!

Might I recommend No default plantsim hair and No plantsim skin/eyes? Edit: I forgot to recommend the Mirror of Discernment. It allows you to designate sims as aliens :D

More "natural" cowplant sim skins! The dark green also comes as a default!

Alien cow skins! As custom and default skins! Also an alien eyes default!

General Zoi's cow ear and tail recolors, plus Diekatze's Namekian antenna recolors! The antenna have also been made showerproof!

Disclaimer: Cow tails and ears flash blue, tried to fix it. Couldn't, but they work fine otherwise and it goes away after a change appearance as usual.

Cow tails also don't work for children. It was made that way, probably by accident. The frame is lacking the cow tail, and I don't know how to fix it as meshing is not my forte, at all, in the slightest.

Make up! Yes, for babies too! There's several nose blushes, lipstick, a 3rd eye, and matching 3rd eyelids for both alien skins. I've also made alien contacts for babies and adults!

YOU NEED THE SIMBLENDER TO MAKE BABY MAKEUP WORK

Everything is tool tipped, named clearly, practical preview pics included, meshes included, foldered by type, and compressed. Remember to only pick ONE default!

A Maxis Match Lighting Mod Tweak!

As requested by @jellymeduza I'm sharing my tweak of @dreadpirate's fabulous Maxis Match lighting mod. This makes the unlit rooms during dawn and dusk a bit brighter (closer to how they appear at nighttime) and tweaks the colour-cast a bit too. The photos above are all four time of day states including with my tweaks - but nothing about day or night was actually changed from the original MM lighting mod.

Below are all the before and after pictures for dawn/dusk next to each other - before is the MM lighting mod "out of the box" and after is with my tweaks.

How to install:

Download the Maxis Match lighting mod exactly as per dreadpirates instructions. (don't worry about the part on enabling or disabling dawn and dusk states, that will be included in my edit)

Replace your lighting.txt file with mine included in this download - this will be in your base game install folders, for the UC the file path is "Double Deluxe/Base/TSData/Res/Lights" and you'll be overwriting the lighting.txt file in there with mine.
