did you know that if you have endometriosis, ibuprofen can make the pain more intense?
that’s right!!
endometriosis doesn’t always behave like a normal period. symptoms can be so severe and persistent, they can easily be mistaken for appendicitis or a heart attack!
anti-inflammatory medicines like ibuprofen can sometimes make pain worse, as the increased heart rate and blood flow it causes can further distress the reproductive system. try acetaminophen or midol instead!
