Xavier Baxter died in 1996, Twenty-two years before Nicole's death and ten years before Claire's death.

he was found by his father after school late at night, Mr Baxter claimed he was there to pick up Xavier late because he was stuck in traffic.

His death was said to be from suicide, as there was no evidence of any violence at the roof he had been up on.

Mr Baxter gave a statement that Xavier had been acting weird and cold.

None of Xavier's classmates knew him well enough to disagree, so the statement wasn't proved wrong if anything it made sense to them.

but what was strange was Xavier had very good grades and his teachers said he was a bright kid even if he was mostly alone and quiet.

Still his death wasn't investigated and left as suicide, only person who didn't agree was a Emilio Figueroa who was a year older then Xavier and was tutoring xavier in Spanish.

Emilio had stormed into the police station and started yelling at Mr Baxter claiming that he did it, that he killed Xavier. no one believed him...

was Mr Baxter innocent? Was it suicide or more? What happened the night Xavier died?
