coc 2020 Day 8: Rain

for this piece i decided to recreate the famous totoro scene but with simon’s wings as an umbrella :)

This was so hard! I’ve been tracking and reading LGBTQA+ books for 10 years and picking 3 for each was tough! There are so many more I love so if you have specific ones you are looking for, or want more in these sub-genres you can totally ask me for recs. I’ll do my best.

He gets to the end of the ramparts, but instead of stopping, he leaps up on top of the wall, then out over the moat - just takes a running jump off the building! And doesn’t fall! He floats out over the moat and lands on the other side. It’s the prettiest thing I’ve ever seen.

Inktober Day 20: TREAD

In Carry On, he casts On love light wings, and he doesn't even think about it. In Wayward Son, he kisses Penny's injuries better without second thought. He knows the conditions for both these spells, he knows he needs to be madly in love to be able to fly, and he's so sure of his feelings he doesn't even stop to question what if it doesn't work. He uses a spell that's supposed to only work on your family and even Penelope herself - the character that has the most confidence in magic - tells him it's not gonna work. But!! Baz knows his feelings! He knows he loves Penelope and that she's his family, and he doesn't have a single doubt that the spell might not work. And in both cases he's doing so in front of an audience. He doesn't care. He's spent so long hiding his feelings and dwelling on them, and now when he gets a chance to be open about them, to say, yes I'm hopelessly in love with Simon, yes this girl I've been friends with for like a year and a half is my family, he runs with it and shouts it for the whole world to hear.
