Baz rubs her back and lets her cry into his shirt. I love him so much, and I want to tell him so. But I’ve never managed to say it, and now is definitely not the time.

INK-A-THON DAY 13: FORMAL

It’s an extra generous spill of curls. More golden than ever from all these days in the sun. That haircut cost more than his entire wardrobe.

INK-A-THON DAY 14: SIGNAL

When I get back to the room, Bunce and the Normal are having a séance. Holding hands on the bed, with a candle floating between them. “Sorry to interrupt,” I say.

Day 8: Floral Pattern

He’s sitting there on a black leather armchair. He’s sitting there in blue silk with red roses, shotgun scars shining on his pale chest. His hair is wet. His teeth are sharp. His feet are bare.

He used to be mine.

Fun fact: I'm one of the lucky ducks who got a hold of WS a few days early, so I initially sketched this picture on Sept 22, 2019. That scene hit me in the gut! This was the perfect opportunity to finish it finally.

Penelope has decided to take umbrage at all the bad English accents. (And bad Scottish accents and bad Irish accents and some that sound like very bad Australian accents.) But Baz has taken to it like a fish to water. He can out-thine the best of them.
